Working with our client Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT), our application of 3P (Production Preparation Process) helped us achieve breakthrough innovation in outpatient care. Our 3P process brought together a multidisciplinary team of 30, led by our 3P expert Ellen Noel, to help the BHRUT team redesign care processes from ground up.
